Desert Hills 2 is among the largest homeowner associations (HOA) in Green Valley, Arizona. Our age-restricted (55 +) community of 613 homes was established by Fairfield in 1978. We enjoy a great variety of floor plans situated on 160 high rolling acres. About one-third of our members are year-round residents; one-third are owners who reside here seasonally; another third are investors who lease properties to long term tenants or short-term vacationers. Half of DH2 land is dedicated open space consisting of arroyos (dry creek beds) rich in native plants and wildlife and professionally landscaped common areas.
